Meet Paneet, an Apprentice Electrician at TCA! 
Here at TCA Electric, we owe our success to our tight-knit team of electrical professionals. That team includes everyone from our most seasoned Vancouver electrician to the newest apprentice gaining valuable industry knowledge by working with our experienced professionals.
In today’s Team Member Spotlight, we’re getting to know Paneet Arranch, one of our most recent electrician apprentice hires to join our Vancouver team. While Paneet may just be getting started in the electrical industry, he’s already gotten to work on some exciting projects—and shown some exceptional talent in the process! Let’s get to know Paneet.

Name: Paneet Arranch
Title: Apprentice Electrician
Time at TCA: 6 months
Years in the industry: Started with TCA, so it’s also been 6 months!
Favourite thing about your job: I love that I have the opportunity to learn new things every day, and the variation in jobs keeps things exciting.
Favourite part of being on the TCA team: Our team has a lot of good people, and I feel fortunate to be working with all of my coworkers and learning from them every day I come to work.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I really enjoy seeing the final product come together after all our hard work has been put in.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I play a lot of sports! I like to stay active, and I play a lot of basketball in particular.
Favourite sports team(s): Vancouver Canucks!
Is there a particular type of project you’ve found you prefer working on? If so, why?
I prefer working on residential projects. I generally find them more challenging, as there’s a lot to learn and keep track of with electrical code requirements. Being new to the trade, every day is different, so I’m always learning new things on these projects.
Is there a project you completed with TCA that stands out as a favourite?
My favourite project so far has been the residential project we completed on Skyline. The project featured several unique aspects, including installing a large generator and adding wiring for a new in-ground pool. We were able to complete the project just in time for summer, too!
